1. Introduction

Welcome to Individual & SME Tax Filing, located at Avenue de la Paix 17, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland. These Terms of Service govern your use of our tax preparation and filing services provided in the year 2025.

2. Definitions

Services refers to personalized tax filing and related assistance.

Info Products refers to digital training guides, templates, and instructional materials.

Goods refers to any physical documents, kits, or merchandise sold through our platform.

3. Services Terms

Our Services are delivered remotely or in person as agreed. You may cancel a Service up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days before delivery are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available for Services fully rendered. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule once at no extra cost up to 5 days before the session.

4. Info Products Terms

All Info Products are provided immediately after purchase. Due to the digital nature, no refund is available once download or access is granted. You may transfer your access to another individual by contacting us within 30 days of purchase.

5. Goods Terms

Physical Goods will be shipped to the address you provide. You may return Goods within 30 days of receipt in unaltered condition. A restocking fee of 10% will apply. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt of returned Goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days of approval. For Services, approved refunds will be issued after verification of cancellation terms. For Info Products, refunds are not available post-delivery. For Goods, refunds follow the conditions outlined above.

7. Rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled once without charge if you provide notice at least 5 days before the scheduled date. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee of 25% of the original Service cost.
